Background
Anthony Cirillo joined Conner Strong & Buckelew in 2013, specializing in designing and implementing tailored risk management programs for Social Service organizations. A recognized leader in the New York social service sector, Anthony has been a driving force behind the firm’s growth in this space, drawing on a close family connection to the field and decades of personal involvement with local non-profits.

Susan Panto

Responsibilities
Susan Panto is responsible for advising clients on all aspects of their employee benefits plans. As a Consultant, Susan’s role is to act as an extension of our client’s Business and Human Resource Office and provide supervision of all customer service efforts and benefit administration. She helps their group contain costs by delivering plan design/cost containment options, marketing coverage to obtain competitive proposals, and analyzing proposals for both potential savings and benefit equivalency. Susan oversees any carrier changes or additions of new plans including review of all plan documents and contracts, attending board, negotiations, and or open enrollment meetings as requested, and preparing transition materials such as benefit and cost comparisons. Susan also provides guidance to the Business Office on matters such as FMLA, COBRA, PPACA compliance, Medicare, etc.

Background
Susan has been specializing in operation, account management, and administrative procedures since 1993. Since 2008, she has been working in the employee benefits field and worked primarily with Public Sector clients. Prior to joining Conner Strong & Buckelew in September of 2017, she served as the Executive Vice President of The Lance Group Employee Benefit Specialists.

Jason Edelman

Responsibilities
Jason Edelman is responsible for the development of new strategic services and leading new business development. Jason also plays an active role in consulting with brokers and administration in NJ’s Public Sector on the latest legislation and provides solutions to best meet their needs. He is engaged in financial evaluation, health and wellness, compliance, communications, and other key client-facing areas.

Background
Prior to re-joining Conner Strong & Buckelew, Jason entered the insurance industry in 2004 as a producer with Kistler Tiffany Benefits. After realizing his deep passion for sports Jason decided to leave the industry and work for Steve Mountain, a professional Sports Agent in the Philadelphia Area. From there he managed Summit Sports Training Center where he trained an array of athletes both youth and professional. From there, Jason reentered the insurance industry with Conner Strong & Buckelew in 2011 as a HIF Associate Consultant. In 2015, Jason left Conner Strong & Buckelew to pursue a career as a Producer with The Graham Company. Soon after in 2016, he joined Alliant Insurance Services as an Assistant Vice President with a focus on Production and Business Development. In this role he managed consulting relationships for health and welfare clients and lead client teams.

Community Involvement
Jason plays an active role in his community. He coaches youth football, basketball, and flag football. He also trains athletes of all ages to help enhance their speed and athletic performance.

Julie Tillotson

Responsibilities
Julie Tillotson is responsible for developing and implementing strategic and tactical risk management solutions for the business needs of commercial clients. Specifically, Julie focuses on program design and marketing, insurance placement, contract review and coordination of services. Client responsibilities include coordination of the service team on day-to-day matters, negotiation and implementation of Property, Casualty and ancillary liability programs.

Background
Julie has more than 15 years of insurance experience. Prior to re-joining Conner Strong & Buckelew in 2013, she was a Commercial Lines Account Manager and Vice President for TD Insurance. In this role she managed and retained an existing book of business while preparing marketing strategies and pursuing new opportunities for growth. Julie’s history with Conner Strong & Buckelew dates back to 1998, then Commerce Insurance, when she began her career as a Customer Service Representative for Small Commercial Accounts and was eventually promoted to an Account Manager for the Major Accounts Department.

David Santucci

Responsibilities
David Santucci has operational responsibility for the Personal Risk Services Practice. The practice develops tailored personal insurance programs for high-net-worth individuals. David manages a team of Personal Risk Consultants in service delivery for existing clients, as well as production support for new client acquisitions. In addition, he is a Personal Risk carrier liaison for PURE and responsible for the promulgation of coverage enhancements as well as underwriting developments. David works directly with commercial clients in the servicing of their Group Excess Liability Programs.

Background
David has been in the insurance industry for more than 22 years. He formed his career at companies like AIG, Fusura and American Collectors Insurance. Prior to joining Conner Strong & Buckelew in 2014, he was an Executive Account Manager of the Private Client Group at Brown & Brown of Delaware, leading a team of account managers while managing a $5M book of business. David is an experienced insurance professional and has specialized knowledge in high-net-worth insurance including fine art, jewelry, collector cars, watercraft, equine liability and more.

Harvin S. Vig

Responsibilities
Harvin Vig is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic and tactical risk management solutions that support the business needs of private and public sector clients. Harvin is responsible for insurance program design, marketing, placement, and the coordination of daily account service needs, including coverage analyses, program changes, and contract reviews. Harvin also actively participates in the Real Estate Practice Group in our New York office.

Background
Harvin started his career at E.B. Cohen Insurance & Risk Management working his way up to becoming a Vice President. Additionally, Harvin was a Vice President at HUB International and prior to joining Conner Strong & Buckelew, he was a Senior Vice President and Team Leader at York International where he focused on complex real estate accounts.

Charmaine A. Naut

Responsibilities
Charmaine Naut is engaged in strategic client management, including working with large employers and plan sponsors with underwriting and analytics, program design, financial evaluation, health and wellness, compliance, communications, and other key client-facing areas.

Background
Before joining Conner Strong & Buckelew, Charmaine was the Chief Operating Officer at CME, overseeing daily operations and providing strategic direction across all service areas. She ensured efficient delivery of benefits consulting, compliance, wellness, and communication solutions. Previously, Charmaine worked as a Senior Underwriting Consultant at Marsh & McLennan Agency and as the Manager of Underwriting at Independence Blue Cross.

Renee Vojtko

Responsibilities
Renée Vojtko has near 29 years of experience in the Employee Benefits field. She is responsible for advising clients on all aspects of their employee benefits plans, acting as both account manager and strategic business partner. She is also responsible for analyzing and designing health and welfare strategies, negotiating and presenting renewals, updating clients on regulatory requirements, and providing alternative funding and financial analysis.

Background
Renee joined Conner Strong & Buckelew in January 2001. Prior to joining she served as a Senior Account Manager for PHS Health Plans (Health Net) in their Special Accounts Unit managing accounts with over 3,000 employees. Before PHS Health Plans, she spent two years with Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where she provided support for both a broker and client base.

Peter J. Bowers

Responsibilities
Peter J. Bowers is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships across an assigned book of business, with a particular focus on managing complex, multi-faceted accounts. He conducts comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential exposures and vulnerabilities, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to design, structure, and implement tailored insurance programs that align with each client’s unique risk profile and business objectives. In addition, Peter works closely with his team to ensure a high standard of client satisfaction through proactive communication, coordinated service delivery, and thoughtful problem solving. Peter brings over two decades of extensive experience to his role, adeptly guiding clients in the negotiation and implementation of intricate insurance programs and comprehensive risk management strategies. His primary focus lies in orchestrating director and officer placements for a diverse client base encompassing publicly traded corporations, private equity entities, and privately held companies. In addition to this, Peter is seasoned in the domain of mergers and acquisitions, having demonstrated expertise through a multitude of successful public and private transactions. Furthermore, he is recognized for his acumen in the realm of cyber liability insurance, providing invaluable insights to safeguard clients against evolving digital threats and vulnerabilities.

Daniel Keenan

Responsibilities
Dan Keenan is responsible for new business development and relationship management at Conner Strong & Buckelew. Dan is able to utilize his years of experience and the knowledge derived from his diverse client base to perform detailed consultative reviews of health and welfare plans for prospective clients. The analysis will include all relevant coverages with an eye toward each client’s objectives. Common areas of focus include plan design and contribution strategies, industry benchmarking, and review of traditional as well as innovative solutions. Dan has expertise in both fully insured and self-funded programs. He works with clients to provide detailed recommendations for sustainable employee benefit programs that are valued by both employer and an employee.

Background
Dan has over 25 years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry. He has experience working for a large insurance carrier as well as an independent broker and consultant advocating for his clients. Dan previously was an Employee Benefits Broker and Consultant at Acorn Benefits, LLC and he also worked in direct sales at Oxford Health Plans (UHC).

Dan is active in his community as a youth coach for football and basketball. He has also been an active volunteer with his local public school system. Dan, his wife Jessica, and their 4 children are members of Christ the King Parish in Haddonfield, NJ.
