Tracy Jadico works to develop and deliver customized employee benefit solutions designed to maximize the value and effectiveness of clients’ benefit programs. She is focused on strategic planning, including plan design and funding analysis, vendor management, and administrative and compliance oversight. Additionally, Tracy provides guidance on population health management and communication strategies to support clients in achieving their organizational objectives.
Background
Tracy joined Conner Strong & Buckelew in September 2018. Before joining Conner Strong & Buckelew, Tracy worked for Gallagher Benefit Services for 11 years. Most recently, she worked as a Benefit Consultant focusing primarily on small to mid-sized clients. Her responsibilities included strategic planning, marketing and negotiation of renewals, product and vendor evaluation, implementation, and management as well as and day-to-day client management.

Responsibilities
Karen Kidd is responsible for coordinating the implementation and conversion of new clients, as well as managing the operations of the Benefit Administration Unit. Her responsibility also includes managing and coordinating projects with the Account Team, clients, outside vendors as well as within the Benefits Administration Unit.
Background
Kidd has over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Conner Strong & Buckelew in 2007, she was a Senior Data Manager for ASRM, LLC in Moorestown, NJ. Her responsibilities included processing weekly payroll, enrollment and deduction files as well as handling new client implementations and new plan setups in the system. Before ASRM, Kidd was a Claim Analyst for the National Employee Benefit Administrators.

Responsibilities
Christopher Stone is responsible for business development, risk management consulting and client retention. He specializes in designing comprehensive and cost effective risk management programs for commercial clients of all types and across all industries. Areas of focus include Retail, Wholesale, Food Processing, and Public Entity clients.
Background
Christopher has almost 40 years of experience in sales, underwriting, marketing and risk management services for the commercial property and casualty industry. Prior to joining Conner Strong & Buckelew, he spent over half of his career at Aon, where he last served as Vice President supporting larger clients both private and public in the above mentioned focus areas.

Robert (Bob) Weil is responsible for new business development and client relations for the Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty Divisions of Conner Strong & Buckelew. He assists prospective clients with the design and implementation of their benefits programs.
Background
Prior to relocating to New Jersey to join the organization in 1997, Weil managed the South Daytona office for a state-wide Florida insurance agency for five years. First licensed in 1983, he has acquired extensive experience in both the agency and carrier environments over the years. He has served with Bankers Life & Casualty Company as a producer of individual and group life, health, and disability products in the Central Florida region. He has also worked with Mel Himes & Associates Insurance Agency, a full-service agency in Central Florida. Before joining the Benefits team at Conner Strong & Buckelew, Weil served as an Account Manager in the Financial Services Practice, specializing in surety bonds, and as an Account Manager in the VIP Unit of our Personal Lines Division.

Greg Fanelli is responsible for driving sales efficiency, enhancing revenue growth, and optimizing operational processes within the Employee Benefits Organization. Greg manages the Employee Benefit Review (EBR) process for prospective clients, oversees carrier blocks, and leads the vetting of new vendors for the Employee Benefits Consulting Department. He develops recommendations for prospective clients to offer the most competitive benefits while maintaining financial feasibility.

Greg has two years of Financial Accounting experience supporting the Employee Benefits Consulting Department. He ensured profitability for books of business and prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. He also has two years of experience in Account Management, where he assisted in managing books of business, implementing new products, conducting marketing for various plans, and negotiating renewals.

Nicholas Pizzuto is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and simplifying the sales process by evaluating and implementing sales automation tools. He proactively identifies barriers in the sales process and finds ways to reduce them. He assists the sales leader in making data-driven decisions.
Background
Prior to his current role, Pizzuto was a Senior Production Specialist. He was responsible for supporting the production of new business within our Commercial Lines Division. This included reviewing and analyzing policies, assisting in the creation, development, and presentation of the Conner Strong Consultative Review, analyzing loss information provided to create Loss Summaries, Large Loss Schedules, and Deductible Analysis for marketing and loss forecasting, and providing support in the marketing of new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Jessica Roche services a book of business that includes complex Life Science accounts based domestically and internationally. Her current clients include companies at various points in their life cycle ranging from the research and development stage to commercial, publicly traded companies with global reach. In her role, she focuses on strategic program design and marketing, insurance placement, contract review and coordination of services. Jessica is also an active participant in the Life Science Practice Group and leads the International Center of Excellence, both of which are internal groups that work to address current coverage issues and industry changes related to their respective lines of business.

Jessica joined Conner Strong & Buckelew in 2014 after she graduated from Temple University where she majored in Risk Management & Insurance. Prior to her full-time employment, she interned with Conner Strong & Buckelew in 2013 where she supported teams in the Major Accounts department as they serviced their respective books of business.

Fawna Shultie is responsible for developing and implementing strategic and tactical risk management solutions for the business needs of commercial clients in an ever-changing environment. Fawna focuses on program design and marketing, insurance placement, contract review, and providing direction and leadership to the account service team. Client responsibilities include coordination of the service team on day-to-day matters, negotiation and implementation of Property, Casualty and ancillary liability programs. Alex Buzbee is responsible for generating new business opportunities and designing comprehensive risk management programs for the Healthcare Practice Group with an emphasis on long-term care and behavioral health industries. Background
Alex began his career at Conner Strong & Buckelew in May 2016 as a Business Development Executive. Prior to Conner Strong & Buckelew, Alex spent three years selling commercial insurance for Federated Mutual in Boston, Massachusetts. During his time at Federated, Alex completed an extensive nine-month training program where he finished top 3 in his class. Due to his outstanding performance at Federated Mutual, Alex was awarded the Chairman’s Council accolade and the Regional Monthly Leadership Council Award twice. Prior to his career in insurance, Alex spent 5 years playing professional football in both the National Football League and the Canadian Football League.
