As part of our consultative review, we identified a number of serious coverage issues on a Financial Institutions Umbrella Liability Policy. We worked to assist the client in immediately amending the Umbrella Policy to provide follow form coverage, thereby avoiding an uninsured loss. Also, one of our financial services companies was concerned with the Regulatory Coverage provided under their D&O and E&O Policy provided by a large international broker. We reviewed the policies and determined the proper coverage was not in place. We were awarded the business and immediately fixed this coverage issue at no additional cost to the customer.
