Colleen Davenport has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Her responsibilities include overseeing a consulting practice and benefits communication team in addition to client management. She sets strategic goals and direction for the designated practice to ensure the success of the division. Davenport is responsible for key business performance measures including but not limited to development of a standard suite of services for clients, impeccable delivery of those services, and execution and successful closing of opportunities to grow accounts to support the designated sales initiatives. She creates, coordinates, and implements new services, programs and initiatives as needed to support service, retention, and sales goals.
Background
Prior to joining Conner Strong & Buckelew, Colleen spent 13 years with Independence Blue Cross (IBC) in Human Resource Department and Account Management. Her responsibilities in Human Resources included Recruitment, Strategic Planning and Employee Benefits Design and Strategy. In 1998, Colleen joined IBC’s subsidiary, AmeriHealth, as Senior Account Executive. In this role, she was responsible for managing health insurance and pharmacy programs for AmeriHealth’s large group clients including the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program and several large hospital systems.

Responsibilities
Timothy Gosnear has more than 33 years of experience in the insurance industry and brings a wide array of strategic and tactical insurance and risk management solutions to clients. His primary responsibility is to direct account services for the firm’s large and strategic business relationships. In this role, he leads account teams and manages and designs property and casualty insurance and risk financing programs for larger, more complex accounts.
He has notable experience in a wide array of business sectors such as public entities, technology services, manufacturing, distribution, and specialty chemicals including both national and global clients.
Background
Prior to Conner Strong & Buckelew, Gosnear served as Managing Director in both the Life Sciences and Multi-National Account Practices at Aon Risk Solutions, where he managed the Account Executive and Account Management staff and a portfolio of high profile national and global clients. He specialized in large risk management clients with unique and complex insurance needs, captives, and global programs. While at Aon, he was also named a Risk & Insurance “Power Broker” in the Global Segment in 2011 and in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical Segment in 2012 and 2013 based on client recommendations. He also received the “Responsibility Leader” designation in 2013 for his work outside of his brokerage role. He previously held several underwriting and leadership roles during his 14 years in underwriting and management positions with notable insurance carriers.

Harry Johnson has more than 35 years of National Account experience with a primary emphasis in the construction industry. As an Executive Partner, Johnson is responsible for the overall management of our construction clients’ risk management, contract surety, Subguard and insurance needs including Controlled Insured Programs (CIP) from both an Owners (OCIP) and Contractors (CCIP) perspective. In this role, Johnson assists in the design, marketing and implementation of a CIP and is responsible for the every day servicing of the program including account management, claims management and safety services.
Johnson also directs account services for Conner Strong & Buckelew’s large and strategic business relationships. In this role, he brings a wealth of experience and a wide array of strategic and tactical insurance and risk management solutions for our large account customers.

Franz Wagner brings more than 25 years of experience to the National Accounts division with a primary emphasis in the construction industry. He directs account services for large and strategic business relationships. With his large account experience and industry knowledge, Wagner brings a wide array of strategic and tactical insurance and risk management solutions to our clients.
Wagner manages and designs casualty insurance programs for larger, more complicated accounts for a variety of business sectors with notable experience in heavy construction, healthcare, wholesale/distribution, transportation/parking, aviation, municipalities, and manufacturing. In addition to providing risk management services to large commercial clients, Wagner is responsible for overseeing the agency’s construction, healthcare, and transportation insurance service teams.

Prior to joining The Graham Company, he spent 5 years as Project Manager in the International Process Systems Group at Air Products and Chemicals. Previously, Wagner worked for the United States Navy in the Civil Engineer Corps for 5 years.

Jill Ambrose is responsible for working with clients and prospects on the ongoing design and delivery of wellness services, population health programs, and assessment of current services. Jill’s duties include a strategic review of clinical data for identification of financial opportunities, selection and management of vendor partners, and development of unique products and services for all clients. Jill also supports the service team and the new business team in the delivery of wellness and population health services.
Background
Prior to joining Conner Strong & Buckelew, Jill worked in healthcare for over 20 years and is a Registered Nurse. Jill has expertise in healthcare administration, operations, research, and direct clinical care. She also has a strong background in regulatory and accreditation, patient safety and quality outcomes as well as telehealth implementation and delivery.

Theresa Brogley brings over 20 years of experience to the Employee Benefits Department. She works with the consultant team on initial plan coordination and reporting details for client proposals and the benefit implementation process. Theresa also provides assistance on a day-to-day basis as it pertains to benefits administration for an assigned book of business.
Background
Theresa began her insurance career with Blue Cross in 2002 as an Account Reconciliation Analyst. She was responsible for providing monthly reconciliation reports for a designated book of business that included several large group accounts.
She later accepted a position at IBC’s NJ based subsidiary, AmeriHealth Insurance of NJ, in the Marketing Operations Unit. Her new role as Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator required her to process SEH and 51+ group plan change requests on renewal. She was also responsible for managing AmeriHealth’s Broker Communications hotline.
Theresa received a promotion at AmeriHealth and accepted the position of Assistant Product Manager. Her role in this position required that she assist the Senior Product Management team with the development and implementation of new products that would allow AmeriHealth to stay competitive in the marketplace. She was also responsible for coordinating many pre-sale custom benefit exceptions typically provided for its large public and private sector clients.

Stella Carto is responsible for advising clients on all aspects of their employee benefits plans, acting as both account manager and strategic business planner. Stella is also responsible for analyzing and designing complex health and welfare strategies. In addition, she handles the presentation of renewals, regulatory requirements, alternative funding projections, and financial analysis for clients.
Background
Stella brings nearly 30 years of extensive experience in employee benefits, specializing in benefit plan design, funding and financial analysis, compliance oversight, and vendor management for middle-market and large employers across the public and private sectors. Before rejoining Conner Strong & Buckelew in 2016, Stella was a Consultant at Arthur J. Gallagher. She previously spent nearly a decade at Conner Strong & Buckelew in various benefits consulting and administrative roles. Stella began her career in employee benefits at Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson) and has significant experience in human resources administration. Stella is a member of the PENJERDEL Employee Benefits & Compensation Association (PEBA), the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans (IFEBP), as well as the International Society of Employee Benefits Specialists (ISCEBS).

Kirill Palatnik responsibilities include strategic planning and providing customized and cost-effective employee benefit solutions to clients through funding arrangement review, vendor management, marketing analyses, program design, and cost containment initiatives. Kirill also has a strong background in financial projections, budget forecasting, and underwriting.

Prior to joining Conner Strong & Buckelew, Kirill worked for Mercer in both their Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Norwalk, Connecticut offices. As a Health and Benefits Analyst, he was responsible for underwriting self-insured medical, dental, and vision benefit plans to set client budgets and employee contributions. He was also responsible for marketing all lines of coverage for clients, as well as helping with their open enrollment communication strategies.
