Responsibilities
Riham El-Lakany leads all aspects of corporate marketing, overseeing brand, marketing strategy, communications, advertising, public relations, and sales enablement. She manages a team of marketing professionals who support the firm’s business units and deliver integrated programs that elevate brand, strengthen market presence, and drive business growth.
In partnership with executive leadership and sales teams, Riham drives innovative campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, client engagement programs, and digital marketing efforts that reinforce the firm’s value proposition. She is committed to strengthening relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners while advancing the organization’s strategic objectives.
Background
Riham brings more than 25 years of experience across marketing, communications, and sales enablement, with a distinguished career primarily in the insurance and risk management sector. Over the course of her career, Riham has held senior marketing and leadership roles at Marsh, AIG, Chubb, and Zurich, where she advanced strategic marketing initiatives, strengthened brand positioning, and supported business development across multiple lines of business.
