Responsibilities
Lisa Vanore advocates for her clients in all aspects of the claim process to ensure claims resolutions are in our clients’ best interests. Lisa provides coverage analysis, advice and direction, and assists in negotiations with the insurance carrier when monitoring open claims. She also works with her clients to develop and implement internal claims management programs, provides technical expertise and support on claims-related matters and gives advice on best practices for managing their risk. Lisa is also an active participant in the Captive Practice Group and the Environmental Practice Group at the firm, both of which work to address current coverage issues related to their respective lines of business.
Background
Lisa brings over 16 years of enterprise-level risk management experience to Conner Strong & Buckelew. Previously, Lisa was the Director of Risk Management for SugarHouse Casino where she developed and directed comprehensive risk management and safety programs aimed at reducing loss costs. Prior to SugarHouse, Lisa was the Senior Risk and Insurance Analyst at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and the Manager of Risk Management at CDI Corporation.
