Responsibilities
Kristin O’Brien is dedicated to supporting Level Health (“Level”), one of our most high-profile clients. Her extensive knowledge of Level allows her to enhance and expand service offerings while collaborating closely with Level’s team, Independence Administrators, and its largest Funds.
Kristin plays a pivotal part in shaping strategy, overseeing daily operations, leading major projects, driving expansion efforts, and facilitating the rollout of population health initiatives.
Background
Kristin brings a wealth of experience from her tenure at UBC’s New York City District Council of Carpenters Benefit Funds, where she has served for 23 years in a variety of significant roles, including the last five as Executive Director. Under her leadership, she managed key benefit
programs, including the Health and Welfare Fund—one of the largest in the nation. Kristin’s expertise spans all facets of health and welfare plan management, and her background as a licensed social worker provides a unique perspective in serving clients.
