Responsibilities
Jack Tarditi is responsible for new business development and client relations for the Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty Divisions of Conner Strong & Buckelew.
Background
Tarditi has over 40 years of experience in the insurance field. He was President of Associated Insurance Management, Inc. (AIM) where he was a principal shareholder for over 20 years. He was also a corporate officer with Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company in Philadelphia where he held positions of Assistant Controller and Director of Special Markets. Prior to becoming a Managing Director of Conner Strong & Buckelew, Tarditi was Executive Vice President with management responsibilities for the Employee Benefits Division.

Community Involvement
Tarditi served as Mayor and Director of Public Safety for the Borough of Haddonfield for 16 years while serving as Borough Commissioner for 23 years. He is former President of the Camden County Mayor’s Association and the New Jersey Conference of Mayors, and chaired the New Jersey State League of Municipalities School Funding Task Force, as well as their Legislative Committee. He served for 20 years as Chairman and Commissioner of the Camden County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund representing 33 Camden County municipalities; Past Chairman and Commissioner of the NJ Municipal Excess Liability Fund, which provides excess coverages to over 400 New Jersey public entities. Tarditi serves on the Cooper Foundation Board and chaired the Helene Fuld School of Nursing Board of Trustees. He also serves as Trustee of the Salvation Army – Camden Kroc Community Center, the chairs the Emeritus Symphony in “C” Society Board of Directors. He was one of the founders and initial chairs of the Trustee for the South Jersey Community Foundation where he is now an Emeritus Trustee. He also serves on the Haddonfield Cultural Events Commission. Also on the NJ State Council on Local Mandates, where he served as Chair, and a past chair for the South Jersey Tourism Corporation. He is also Chair of the Camden Public School Educational Foundation and serves on the Haddonfield Educational Trust. Jack and his wife are members of the First Baptist Church of Haddonfield where he serves on the diaconate board. He is also a board member of the Markeim Art Center.
Jack and his wife, Barbara, are longtime residents of Haddonfield, where two of their children and eleven grandchildren live. Jack’s youngest son’s family resides in Abington with their 2 children.
