Responsibilities
Dominic Micali plays a pivotal role in spearheading new client development and marketing initiatives. His innovative thinking and client-centric mindset are instrumental in attracting and retaining client-partners. Dominic drives organic growth and oversees the employee benefits sales team to ensure that short-and-long term growth initiatives are successfully completed.

Background
Prior to joining Conner Strong & Buckelew, Dominic was the Executive Vice President of Sales in the Philadelphia Metro Area at Arthur J. Gallagher – a global brokerage and consultancy. In this role, he oversaw a team of producers and consultants. Dominic led key initiatives, including the redesign of client deliverables and sales accountability as well as process standards leading to a record client retention and 200% pipeline growth. Previous to AJG, Dominic played a significant role in helping grow NFP Corporate Benefits into one of the largest privately held employee benefits firms in Delaware Valley. He delivered benefits consulting services and supported over 320 mid-market clients.

Prior to joining NFP, Dominic spent eight years in several sales positions with Comcast-Spectacor, most recently as a Sales Executive in charge of contracting multi-year luxury suite and sponsorship deals for the Philadelphia Flyers and 76ers. In this role, Dominic led the sale of nearly $30 million in annual revenue generated for the Premium Seating Department.

Community Involvement
Dominic is actively involved in numerous charitable organizations, including Melmark, Girl Scouts of Eastern PA, and CUPA-HR. He serves as a board member for the Schoemaker Classic and leads fundraising efforts to benefit Melmark, an organization that helps individuals with special needs. Dominic is also passionate about HR, serving as a long-time Board Member at Philadelphia SHRM, the largest chapter in the country.
