He focuses on helping businesses design risk management programs that enhance employee well-being and organizational success. Brian advises fully insured and self-funded employers, providing tailored solutions and insights that reduce costs while maximizing the value of their health, life, disability, and voluntary benefit programs.
Background
Brian has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to Conner Strong & Buckelew, Brian was Vice President of Employee Benefits for Risk Strategies Company and a Client Executive at Marsh McLennan Agency, focusing on Employee Benefits solutions and plan design. Earlier in his career, Brian was Sales Director for a medical services firm, overseeing business development and account management for national accounts. He began his career as a consultant for large national insurance carriers and third-party administrators, providing risk management solutions for clients such as Amazon and Verizon.
