Conner Strong & Buckelew has established a partnership with R-Health to deliver preferred access to clinical services for employers dealing with the back-to-office (“BTO”) logistics related to COVID-19. R-Health is a national leader in providing on-site and near-site private primary care centers for employers. In fact, R-Health manages a full-service physician led health center at our headquarters in Camden NJ. The R-Health team includes among the best medical, clinical and business professionals in the industry who specialize in working with employers.
In response to COVID-19, R-Health has designed a suite of clinical services to help employers manage the complexities of getting workers back to their office locations safely. Specifically, they have designed three unique solutions for employers with preferred pricing terms for Conner Strong & Buckelew clients. The three services are:
- A Virtual Physician Chief Medical Officer (VCMO) that can work directly with your company and help in the design and review of your “back to office” solutions. For example, what is the best way to temperature test, the use of PPEs, employee communication messaging, social distancing issues, clinical guidelines, etc. Having access to your own physician that understands employer work-place realities is invaluable at this critical time. The initial client cost for the VCMO is $2,000 which includes 5 hours of Chief Medical Officer (CMO) physician time that employers can utilize as they choose. After the initial 5 hours, subsequent CMO physician time is billed at an hourly rate of $350.
- HealthTrackR – This is R-Health’s solution to help in the tracking of employee conditions and symptoms so that employers can properly screen the workforce and ensure that ill employees don’t go to work locations. This includes their automated tracker along with access to physician tele-health care for employees that are sick. This solution also includes support in properly dealing with an outbreak that may occur in the workplace. Pricing is determined based on employer size and customization.
- Advanced Primary Care – Access to tele-health services for all employees who may need access to care but are unable to get it due to the pandemic. Pricing is determined based on employer size and customization.
