Tracy Noone

Vice President, Senior Manager Training & Operations

How do you describe your job to someone you’ve just met?

I’m responsible for training, quality management and professional development for the Property & Casualty, Major Accounts Department.

What’s your morning ritual?

I typically wake up at 4 am and work out for 45 minutes. I get ready, eat breakfast and watch the news.  My husband and I get our two children (Scarlett, age 2, and Lincoln, age 1) fed, dressed and out of the house by 6:15 am.  I drop our children off at school and I arrive at work no later than 7:15 am.

What does your morning typically entail?

I respond to e-mails and complete urgent items on my to-do list.

What do you do for lunch?

Usually, I pack lunch or head down to the café on the 8th floor.  If I’m onboarding a new hire, I take them to lunch and we review their training program.

What does your afternoon typically entail?

I prioritize my to-do list and complete as much as possible. I re-prioritize several times throughout the day as matters arise, and attend meetings as required.

What do you love to do outside of work?

I love to spend time with my family! I’m a mom and wife before anything else. I love doing new things with my children, and teaching them how to be productive parts of society while having fun at the same time! My husband and I play co-ed flag football together (that’s how we met…it’s our thing!). I go to Crossfit Hygge once a week with my friends, and I’m a former Tough Mudder addict. Although my family comes first, I try to do things for myself!

Of the day you just described, what task/accomplishment makes you the proudest?

Personal – Watching my children have a sense of pride when learning new things.

Professional – Seeing the happiness and success of employees within the department.
