Anil Jampana

Responsibilities
Anil Jampana is responsible for overseeing all information technology functions and activities including technology operations, data and cyber security, and software development. He is also leading data strategy and digital transformation initiatives within the firm to drive operational efficiency, business expansion, and profitability.

Background
Jampana has an extensive understanding of all aspects of technology and security having held a variety of senior level positions in various industry verticals. He most recently served as President, Head of Business and Product Development at a startup developing informatics solutions to speed up new materials development. In that role, Jampana was the core executive team member for product strategy, development and sales. He also led marketing strategy with current and potential customers, and developed effective upselling and cross selling efforts.

Previously, Jampana was CIO, Head of Global Technology, for Accelerated Enrollment Solutions, a division of PPD Inc., a leading global CRO that supports pharma and biotech customers. While there, he oversaw the technology efforts for global expansion, business process standardization, technology integration and digital transformation. Prior to working at PPD, Jampana was the VP of Information Technology & CSO for Nutrisystem, Inc. where his efforts paved the way for the company’s rapid growth and contributed to the company becoming an industry leader. Prior to working at Nutrisystem, Jampana held information technology positions at AT&T and Fidelity Investments in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he received the 2004 EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR & was awarded for Service Excellence multiple times.

Denise Klein

Responsibilities
Denise Klein has over 15 years of private and public accounting experience. She is responsible for financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and analysis. She is the contact and support for all profit centers among the organization and is the liaison to Information Technology, Human Resources and Training.

Background
Prior to Conner Strong & Buckelew, Denise was a Senior Auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick where she served clients in the manufacturing, utility and distribution sectors. She then took a position in the Bristol Myers Squib international rotation program. She traveled extensively throughout Europe, South America and Asia on assignments such as corporate security investigations, due diligence, audits and the establishment of financial policies and procedures for start-up operations. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Denise was a manager for BMS responsible for overseeing the corporate headquarters’ budgeting, analysis and accounting functions.

Karen R. Wallace

Responsibilities
As the company’s marketing leader, Karen Wallace oversees the company’s brand marketing strategies and thought leadership campaigns across key business sectors. Under her leadership, a high-performing marketing team has been built that bridges traditional strategies and campaigns with advanced digital tools and analytics.

Serving at the intersection of sales and marketing, Wallace plays a pivotal role in launching new service offerings and contributing to the firm’s year-over-year growth and profitability. Performance-driven, she recently led a complete enterprise brand refresh across all sales and marketing materials, and a transformation of the company’s anchor website.

During her tenure, Wallace has significantly expanded the company’s integrated strategies to advance the firms national reputation as a visible and credible voice in the highly competitive P&C and employee benefits markets.

Background
Wallace joined Conner Strong & Buckelew in 2008, rebuilding the company’s brand within her first seven months in the role. She previously served as Vice President of Marketing for Commerce Bank, where she was responsible for managing brand identity and alignment for the enterprise. She began at Commerce Bank in 1997 as Assistant Vice President in charge of Sales Promotion and her role quickly expanded to include leading integrated marketing programs for more than six business lines.

Bradford Barron

Responsibilities
Bradford Barron serves as Managing Deputy General Counsel for Conner Strong & Buckelew. In addition to supporting the Office of General Counsel’s corporate duties, Barron supports the Commercial Lines Division by providing advice on a variety of coverage matters. Further, he assists Conner Strong & Buckelew’s Claims Department on complex claims to ensure that the Company’s clients maximize their coverage pursuant to their insurance policies.

Background
Before joining Conner Strong & Buckelew, Barron was an attorney in the Insurance Practice Group at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, an AmLaw 100 law firm. While there, he represented policyholders and insurers on a variety of coverage issues and across a number of different insurance products, including technology errors & omissions, general liability, property and life. His clients included some of the world’s largest software and financial companies.

While at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, Barron represented clients in arbitration, litigation and mediation. He practiced before both federal and state trial courts as well as federal and state courts of appeal. Further, at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, Barron was one of the attorneys responsible for procuring the Firm’s insurance program. Thus, he not only understands the insurance process from Conner Strong & Buckelew’s perspective, but also from the perspective of a policyholder and consumer.

Joseph Fuegel III

Responsibilities
Joseph Fuegel has over 25 years of accounting and financial experience in the insurance industry. He is responsible for the daily operation, management, and development of the Accounting and Finance team including but not limited to sales reporting, revenue analysis, corporate T&E, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and premium financing. He is also a member of the CSB Broker Tech Advisory Committee.

Background
Joseph joined Conner Strong & Buckelew in 2001 as a Staff Accountant before being promoted to Finance Manager, Vice President, and later to his current role as a Partner in the firm. Joseph began his career with CGU/One Beacon Insurance as a Technical Specialist. At this company, he was a member of a home office focus group responsible for corporate accounting decentralization including audits at various branch offices across the country. He also acted as a technical resource and provided training for Business Support Center staff.

Vicki Stropes

Responsibilities
Vicki Stropes has 40 years of accounting and financial experience in insurance and private sector companies. She is responsible for financial reporting and analysis, budget preparation, planning and analysis, tax and payroll filings, and quarterly reportings. Vicki is also the administrator of the financial reporting and budgeting system and treasury banking systems.

Background
Vicki has been with Conner Strong & Buckelew for over 27 years, beginning with one of the original acquisitions of Chesley & Cline in 1996. During that time, she assisted with converting over 20 acquisitions and held various financial positions within the company including payroll. She has a diverse background in accounting and insurance including her role as an internal auditor at Harleysville Insurance. Some other roles she had were in cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll.

Edward Broderick

Marc Labay

Responsibilities
Marc Labay leads the management and delivery of the Conner Strong & Buckelew application suite comprising of custom software applications, reporting tools, and business process automations. He is the liaison with business teams across the organization and strategically expands on the capabilities of the software stack and custom solutions. Marc is continuously improving project deliverables.

Background
Marc has over 25 years of experience as a software developer and manager. His primary focus has been on utilizing the latest technologies to build enterprise solutions to help streamline business processes.
