Responsibilities
Eli Neuman works with large, self-funded clients to define long-term strategic visions for their benefits program. Additionally, he orchestrates tactical solutions and approaches to achieve competitive and cost-effective benefit programs. He leads a team of analytics, compliance, and population health experts to serve clients’ daily needs.
Background
Eli has experience working with large self-funded employers in entertainment, telecom, healthcare, defense, mining, and other industries. He is also well versed in analytics, compliance, acquisitions & divestitures, total rewards valuation, and benchmarking. Eli was previously the Director of Strategic Initiatives for one of the largest brokerage firms in the country.
