Diane Peterson is a Senior Consultant for the Employee Benefits Division of Conner Strong & Buckelew. She is responsible for advising clients on all aspects of their employee benefit plans, acting as both account manager and strategic business planner. Peterson is also responsible for analyzing and designing complex health and welfare plans using cost containment strategies as well as disease management and wellness strategies. In addition, she handles the presentation of renewals, regulatory requirements, alternative funding projections, and financial analysis for clients.
Peterson has nearly 25 years of experience in employee benefits. Prior to joining Conner Strong & Buckelew, she managed the daily health insurance fund operations throughout the state of New Jersey for 20 years. Before she became engaged in the employee benefits field, Peterson served in bank operations specializing in systems and production efficiencies.
