Joanne Hall is Public Sector Director of Conner Strong Risk Control. She consults primarily with local governments and municipal joint insurance funds on all aspects of safety and loss control. Along with her service team, Hall assists clients with respect to addressing workers compensation and general liability exposures, as well as property issues, products liability and motor vehicle safety. She is responsible for performing safety training and loss control analysis and prevention as well as conducting underwriting surveys, developing safety action plans and coordinating loss control services and activities. She is currently the Safety Director for the following local JIFs: Atlantic, Burlington, PMM, NJ Utility Authorities and the Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland Municipal Joint Insurance Fund.
Hall has 30 years of progressive experience in the safety field. Prior to joining Conner Strong in 2004, she was the Regional Loss Control Manager for Kemper Insurance in Anaheim, California, where she provided loss control service and direction to a variety of risks throughout the southern California, Arizona and Nevada territories.
As Account Engineering Executive for Hartford Specialty Group, her responsibilities included the coordination of loss control services for regional and national risk management accounts. These services included conducting evaluations of client safety and health programs, developing and implementing service plans to improve the risks and insurability of operations.
