Responsibilities
Patty Zepp is the Vice President of Quality Management for the Major Accounts division of Conner Strong & Buckelew. She is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of insurance industry training programs and employee professional development initiatives; standard procedures and standard document initiatives for internal quality management; and facilitating task forces and committees to improve efficiency, standardization, and quality for the firm overall and its clients.

Background
Zepp has more than 30 years of Property and Casualty brokerage experience in training, quality management, and professional development. She began her career at Conner Strong & Buckelew in 2009, coming from her prior position of Technical Development Coordinator at the regional insurance brokerage firm, The Graham Company, where she was employed for more than 33 years.
