Responsibilities
Diane Peterson is the Benefits Operations Manager for the Employee Benefits division of Conner Strong Companies, Inc. She is responsible for the management of underwriting, compliance, COBRA administration, retiree administration, enrollment systems and HIF operations.
Background
Peterson has over 18 years of employee benefits experience. Prior to joining Conner Strong in 2008, she managed the daily operations of our subsidiary for HIF operations throughout the state of New Jersey for 16 years. Before she became engaged in the employee benefits field, Peterson served in bank operations specializing in systems and production efficiencies.
