Responsibilities
Tim Casey is responsible for all technology infrastructure, systems architecture, data processing, network administration, application support and telephony. He oversees a staff which includes engineering, desktop and application support, project management and enterprise reporting. In addition to his technical responsibilities, Casey works with the various lines of business and senior management groups within Conner Strong to evaluate and implement new technology initiatives.
Background
Casey has a broad background in the technology and communications industry spanning more than 20 years. He began his career in multimedia production and publishing while utilizing a wide array of technologies. He later formed his own company, Business Training Systems, which produced and published multimedia content and software applications for the safety and insurance market. In 2001, Casey sold his company to Conner Strong and became its CIO.
Since joining Conner Strong, Casey has been involved in developing and deploying new technologies for employee benefits agency management, benefits administration, multi-carrier quoting, marketing data analysis and manipulation, a comprehensive custom lead management system developed off-shore and custom work-flow integration with document management. Most recently, Casey managed a complete rebuild of all corporate infrastructure, including MPLS network, VoIP telephony, virtualized server environment, enterprise thin client workstations and real-time enterprise data replication for disaster recovery.

Community Involvement
Casey serves on several insurance industry technology advisory boards. In addition, he is the former Mayor of Medford Lakes and is the past President of the Medford Lakes Lions.
