James Kickham manages the operational aspects of the governmental alternative risk practice within Conner Strong Companies, Inc. consisting of pools, consultancy, and traditional transfer. Kickham has a staff of 33 professionals servicing the needs of over 200 entities.
Background
Kickham began a career in insurance with Marsh & McLennan followed by 17 years of progressive responsibilities with Willis. He is specialized in national manufacturing and institutional accounts. In 1990, he co-purchased PERMA, a risk management administrative firm contracted to Joint Insurance Funds within New Jersey. In 2007, the firm was purchased by Conner Strong.
